This was our first experience using a cattery and Val made it an absolute pleasure. Minnie, our 7 month old kitten was extremely well looked after. During the week Val sent pictures and provided updates as to how Minnie was settling in. The Cattery is a great set up and we will definitely be returning! from a Google review May 2021

Sonny enjoyed his holiday with balcony and underfloor heating!!!! Was worried that he wouldn't settle as he had never been to a cattery before, my mum usually looked after him when we were away - but was recovering from a major operation. I could tell straight away from the lovely Whats App photos that he was settled and doing well, that helped me to relax and enjoy my holiday. Val has a real connection and calmness with the cats which they obviously relate to. Sonny has stayed twice now and we will be booking in more for the coming year, thank goodness for Val and her lovely cattery; 10 out of 10; superb!!!!!

One of the best catteries in this area. They provide excellent well thought out space for the cats. The cats are well cared for. They have good views for them onto a field. And there are no dogs in vicinity!

My mother-in-law has never left her cat before and was understandably quite anxious about doing so for the first time. Val was just super, so reassuring with her and sent her photographs and updates via WhatsApp throughout the cat's stay. The cattery itself is a lovely, spotlessly clean and you can see that a lot of care and attention has gone into it. I could not recommend this cattery enough

It was so clean and professional and we were sent updates on how Marley was doing throughout her stay. We have already booked Marley in for her second stay, and would defiantly recommenced this cattery to others.

Our cat Annie stayed here for two weeks and we couldn’t have been happier with how well she was looked after. The facilities are wonderful and exceeded all expectations, and the staff were friendly and kind. We also received updates and photos via WhatsApp whilst away, which really put us at ease. I would highly recommend The Cats Whiskers and will definitely be bringing Annie back in the future.

First time summer has been to a cattery she is a very timid cat and took a while to settle, we were very impressed with the facilities and the standard of care, Summer came home happy and content and we loved the picture val sent whilst we were away, could’t recommend them enough.
Belle has now stayed with Val twice - once for a long weekend, once for a fortnight - and we can definitely recommend Cats Whiskers! Belle came back happy and unstressed and the facilities and care are fantastic. A quiet location and no dogs! Great to also receive pictures during her stay to reassure us that all is well. Thank you!

Just collected Nelson from his weeks holiday at the Cat Whiskers. Definitely recommend this cattery. Val and Linda were very helpful both on arrival and collection and have sent me pictures during the week of Nelson enjoying the sun on his balcony. Lovely people and clean, organised cattery. Worth the 25 minute drive for good service and peace of mind. Thank you

This is the best cattery I've ever used! Val is wonderful with the cats AND great with people (I've often found it's either Or!) The facilities are purpose built, brand new & well thought through in their design - & there's no dogs, so all the love and attention goes on the cats! Full Marks!

Our house cat milo has never been in a cattery before so we were quite nervous about leaving him.
After an initial visit our minds were put to rest and we were very impressed with the facilities and staff!
Whilst away we received regular updates and photos which was lovely and fab to see how well he had settled in.
Milo was extremely well looked after and we couldn’t recommend the cats whiskers enough. Thank you so much

Our cats Albie and Elsa spent a lovely 2 weeks at The Cats Whiskers. It is a fantastic place with lovely spacious chalets and outside balconies. We were made to feel reassured from the moment of booking with a detailed form, whilst away we were kept updated with lovely pictures of our cats relaxing which was great! Our cats seemed relaxed and very well cared for we will definelty be using this cattery again. Thank you so much taking such good care of our cats.

A big thank you to Val for looking after our cat Ebenezer recently. The chalet was lovely and spotlessly clean. It had an outside balcony which Ebenezer really enjoyed. Val has an obvious love of animals and our friendly and sociable cat was very happy there. It was lovely to receive photos and updates about him whilst away. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Cats Whiskers and Ebenezer will definitely be staying there again.

Quite a late review but our two cats came for their first stay in a cattery. We were so impressed with building and its facilities with amazing views! It was also lovely to get daily photographs and updates sent to use whilst we were away to tell us how they were doing. Amazing cattery where our cats were treated amazingly, would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future!

First time our cat soxy as stayed at the cats whiskers very impressed with the lovely chalet it was spotless and bright every choice of food soxy only likes the best Sheba and Purina one Valerie had everything soxy loves plenty of space and toys well thought out balcony for cats to go outside ,and every other day I was sent photos and updates on soxy and it was lovely to see she was happy and settled ,made me enjoy my holiday thanks for looking after my little soxy.

5 * I highly recommend this cattery. Went well above my expectations. Val had to take my kitten to the vets and she kept me well informed several times a day via text as to what was happening. Koko wasn’t eating either so she tried her on all different foods to try and make her eat. She spent time playing with her too. The cattery is spotless and couldn’t fault it in the slightest. It is a 5* star cattery. Well done and Thank you for everything 💜 xx

Our 16 year old cat Holly dislikes dogs and so I was keen to try The Cats Whiskers as there is no adjoining kennels. Just cats only. Holly settled in instantly and the photo updates which Val sent me clearly showed that Holly was relaxed and happy and this was clear when I collected her at the end of her stay. Easily the best cattery I have used in 29 years of having cats. Very clean, warm and cat’s different needs are catered for. Val goes out of her way to make sure the cats are happy and I love receiving pictures to see what Tiger is up to. Highly recommended!

Couldn't be happier with the care our 2 cats received on their week long stay! My 2 cats went on their first little holiday to the Cats Whiskers at Wiswell and were well looked after by Val. A fabulous new facilty where every effort was made to ensure their stay was as comfy as possible. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for cat boarding to use this cattery. 5 star

5* We were so delighted with, not only the superb quality and comfort of the cattery that Val has created, but also the personal warmth and care that Val gives to all of her feline guests (and their families!). This was the first time that our recently adopted 6 year old Jess had stayed in a cattery, so we were a little bit anxious.However, we needn't have worried. She has come home happy, calm and contented after her 10 day holiday with Val. The pics were also reassuring and we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing that Jess was being so well cared for. It's really great to have such a super facility close to home, and Jess will be a regular guest at the Cats Whiskers.Thanks so much Val for your caring kindness. x 5 star
